Who is Bohemia Ranch Events?

"Bohemia Ranch was created by combining our love for collecting gorgeous vintage treasures with a passion for designing and creating beauty wherever we go, not to mention our love for a good party.
We are not your typical rental company, we are a design house. We create experiences and design dreams with you, we don't rent you a sofa. Our working together is personal and creative, we sit down with you, listen to your dreams for the day and then we design, style and bring that dream to life. We have a warehouse showroom filled with gorgeousness, that we pull from. We can create anything and work with any style and if we don't have it, we get it. We work closely with florist, caterers and of course, planners. Bohemia Ranch is a high end event design and styling house featuring luxury vintage event rentals. BRE serves, Marin, Sonoma and Napa" ~ Susan, BRE



How long have you been in business?

"Bohemia Ranch Design and Styling has been around since 2016. One year ago, after asking for a sign and getting a ton of them, some serendipity and a ton of bravery, we opened the vintage rental portion of our business and BRE was born!" ~ Susan, BRE



Tell us a little about yourself! What is your personal/professional background and why did you start this business?

"I am a mom of three almost grown and gone kiddos, I actually only have one left at home. I have been so lucky to do so many different things in my life. I am a serial entrepreneur and love love love the creation of business', teams and community. My favorite things in the world are curating antiques for clients, I live for flea markets, thrifting and antiquing. I asked myself a few years ago "What do you want to do after the kids are gone and you can do anything". Bohemia Ranch was exactly the answer! I literally created Bohemia Ranch and BRE just doing what I absolutely love to do!" ~ Susan, BRE



What is your favorite part about what you do?

"The hunt of an amazing piece of vintage furniture for a bride or groom and then creating a style around the couple's sentimental mushy side!" ~ Susan, BRE



What makes your business stand out from others?

"There are a few things:

1. We rent the entire vignette and all of the smaller details such as pillows and coffee table decor are complimentary. We don't rent you a sofa.

2. No wedding is ever the same using us, I know a lot of business' say that but truly, I would just rather die than have cookie cutter wedding packages and rentals.

3. We are styling and designers first, then we pull from our inventory. We care immensely about what we are creating." ~ Susan, BRE
