Supporting Our Couples Through COVID-19

Updated: Mar 20, 2020

As our world navigates through a scary time with COVID-19 (Corona Virus) - we are here to support our clients and event industry community through it all.

At this time the Save the Date team recommends postponing all weddings in March and April. If your wedding is in May or later, please be patient with us as we help upcoming weddings reschedule their special days. We promise to help you navigate through this challenging time. As your planners, we are here to support you every step of the way!

If your wedding is within the next few weeks, your out of town guests may experience problems traveling to your event, especially from different countries. If you are considering postponing your event, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can best assist you in taking the next steps.

The health and safety of our employees, clients and their guests is of the upmost importance to us and we feel great empathy for those who have been affected by this virus. We will work alongside our clients, vendors and venues to postpone or reschedule any upcoming events and meetings as needed.

If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are here for you, and are willing to help in any way we can. Your well-being and your special event is our priority.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and take actions necessary to help keep our team and clients safe.

"The show must go on..."
