Another perk is that we have various close relationships with local vendors and will be able to easily guide you with experience and knowledge. A wedding planner who knows your style and your ideal vision for your big day can keep that in mind any time a choice must be made during the process. While others may have ideas, planners can provide unbiased, educated and creative feedback you won't receive from anyone else.

Save money:

Hire a planner who has great vendor relationships and can negotiate a deal that works within your target budget! Any wedding can quickly get out of hand from a budget-perspective if not handled properly. A wedding planner who knows your limits can prepare you for how much certain vendors, designs and more will cost -- before you spend a cent. By understanding what's important to you, a wedding planner can also help you determine what items can be cut from the budget so you can afford to get what you want. Because most wedding planners have special relationships with vendors, they won't just get you the best deal in town -- they'll also help you rest easy knowing you're working with reliable companies. If you can't afford to hire a planner to help you during the entire process, it's acceptable to bring one in halfway through your planning period or even just on your wedding day which is typically considered "Final Details Coordination". This way, you can still benefit from the services of a wedding planner without the total expense.

You really don’t want mom to have to coordinate all of your wedding day details. We are there to direct vendors, put out “fires” and make sure your day flows smoothly and as planned. Do not put the burden of wedding coordination on an unexperienced friend or family member. No need to have a pair of your cousins scurry around setting things up on the morning-of, or asking a handful of guests to handle important last-minute tasks. Hire a pro so your loved ones can enjoy your special day, too! A wedding planner will help you keep a timeline, stick to your budget and do the heavy-lifting so you can spend your time at hair and makeup trials or clinking champagne glasses at wedding showers. Especially on the actual wedding day, it's convenient to have someone on hand to fix any issues that come up (and there are bound to be a few!).
